Nina posted the following thread updating yall about the hiatus I had for over 11 days:
Exi wanted to let you guys know she's okay and fighting off some headspace demons which is tough. :sanapray: This is her own battle. Not Moonbin related. The timing could be a coincidence. Girl is strong. She's got this. Cheer her on please

I know it may come off as a shock that I had demons to deal with, as I don't talk about it that much.
Today, I'll give you some context.
I've struggled with severe yet chronic depression and anxiety since 7 years ago and was medically diagnosed in my first year of university in 2018.
Long story short, dealing with this has been a painful life, and I feel guilty over trauma dumping too much on people.
I didn't want yall to worry about something that only I could deal with, as I've lost my best friend that way ( she's not dead, we drifted apart so badly ).
I've made progress in the past half-decade, but Moonbin's death made me realize something my mind tried its utmost to deny.
I said I was okay, but I've been letting my depression pile up rather than dealing with it.
The frayed fabric keeping me whole had ripped, and my condition consumed me for a few days.
All I could feel was misery, and my tear-filled days reflected that.
As the misery and days passed, all that remained was a realization that I needed help.
I need therapy. I can't handle my condition by myself anymore. I need to stop numbing myself by getting addicted to shit like coffee, album buying, etc.
I need to work on my depression and develop healthier coping mechanisms.
With this realization, I've reflected on life and its current state.
I'm selling off all the stuff I bought on the impulse that they would make me feel better, but in the end, they never did.
I've decided to get rid of most of my EXID albums and only keep the important ones like Solji's Solo album and X.
I'm doing this to remove some of the past that haunts me when I enter my room.
It's a long road to dealing with this better, but I assure yall I won't give up.
Thank you all
