Gatorade progress (4 Viewers)

For those who saw my previous thread about Gatorade you’d know someone bought Gatorade for me (an 8 pack). I’ve been drinking it a bit, this is my progress. I’m on bottle one, I poured equal parts water and Gatorade in a cup, and this is how much I poured out. Still have half of that left too. I think the 8 pack might have been overkill

The blue one is best. The one with something like freeze in the name and it's super light blue. Super good. I always drunk mine w/o water. Never heard people that mix it with water. Makes sense tho.

The reason I’m drinking it at all is because I’m sick, and I was suggested to dilute it with water, probably because of the sugar content. I tried a blue one before when I was sick and hated it, I don’t remember exactly which flavor though.

I might be dehydrated yeah, based on the amount I’ve been drinking vs vomiting it would make sense, but I also don’t have many of the symptoms so idk. Im definitely thirsty though

Fine, I did have to miss the last PT appointment but at the last appointment with the surgeon he said it looks like how it should be at this point in recovery.

Oh yeah, walking is totally fine now. I can even start hopping and running soon
