And I don’t mean stuff like tourist hotspots being overpriced. I mean a literal addition to your price if you’re a foreigner.

Im the US I don’t think I’ve ever heard of it. In Russia it happens, not certain how often but it does.

i dont think so, we dont get a ton of tourists anyway despite having a lot of history and being one of the 6 most prominent cities in the country
