I already know and experienced what it was like to be that poor, so it wouldn't really be all that hard to imitate again. Just wouldn't be very healthy, that's all.

Why wild caught salmon though?

It's important not to buy farm raised because they are typically fed grains by the people who run them. Wild caught is out in their natural habitat and have a far higher Omega 3 content than their farm raised counterparts. Nothing is perfect of course, every source can be polluted in some way, but the safest bet is wild caught.

Aaaaah, I dislike fish so I suffer the horrible omega3 supplements though they supposedly have minimal benefits.

Oh okay, I understand. There are other ways to at least alleviate that for you. Do you like walnuts or spinach? They are high in Omega 3's. I'm not sure how you would feel about making yourself a smoothie of some kind but you are open to that, adding chia seeds can 100% fulfill your requirements too.

I know people who get almost sick from those supplements. I tried cod liver oil once- that's super high Omega 3- omg I couldn't handle it, it was so disgusting with its taste and aftertaste.

If I had to, sure. I can do a lot with a carton of milk, a bag of flour, salt, and a couple dozen eggs. A LOT.

Intriguing, baking is something I've never mastered, though it would have been handy.

Yeah, I used to do it sometimes to clean out my body from trashy foods so maybe i could handle it, and walnuts really cost that much?

Oddly enough canned stuff isn't very cheap here either, but oh well. It's gonna work out.
