I mostly try to stick to the language that I'm speaking but sometimes I use alternate words to make things clearer or make it easier for the person I'm speaking to (like someone just learning the language and stuff).

yes, absolutely. in all of the languages. everything I learned is from exposure through school or family so occasionally I do have to borrow words from english lol
either because they don't exist in the language or because I don't know it. it eases in pretty easily though since I just tend to say with an accent. haha
