I know, most “does anyone else…” questions involve super obvious things that obviously other people do like stan bts or like chocolate or whatever. But mine I feel like isn’t super widespread so I’m curious if anyone here has that issue.
It involves stairs. I mentioned the other day that I almost fell down the stairs, this is related to it. When going down or up stairs, I have to look down at the steps and focus on how many steps I’ve taken and where the next step is and so on. If I don’t (and sometimes if I do but get mixed up in the middle) it means I trip or miss the step or fall, which sucks if I’m going up the stairs ofc but sucks even more going down for obvious reasons. I hate it, it scares me to go down stairs, and I have to go slowly, which is fine when others don’t mind and aren’t rushing but when we’re late and have to go down lots of stairs quickly it’s awful. I’m quite frankly amazed I didn’t fall or trip today when we were running to catch the train. But obviously I don’t know how to fix it, if I could I would have by now. It’s not as big of a deal usually but when you take public transport in Germany, that means lots of stairs, so I’ve been struggling with that
Don’t get me wrong I’m happy I could go, I just wish I didn’t have this issue because it would have made it easier.
