Is it sensitive? I don't think so. I think, however, most people will avoid this thread mostly because it will fly over their heads or find it deadly boring.
I'm learning Ruby; and I almost know zero of it. However I have some experience on programming. I took courses back in college and I have done a little of it as a hobby, I have used Basic, Fortran, Pascal, C, C++, and Java; but I never have had a job on it. So I cannot call myself a programmer actually. I call myself a Hacker just because I'm a PassCode stan. 😃
I have chosen to try a learning way that may be too hard, and I may end up abandoning it. I chose a website called codewars, and get programming challenges from there. I then figure out how to write Ruby code to solve it. I have a number of sources to get my information on Ruby from. After the problem is solved; then I'll write down my new Ruby knowledge into a flashcards application so that I could review them to commit it solidly to memory.
So why a thread? I don't know. Maybe I want to brag about it...... or maybe I'll just embarrass myself. Anyway, you are welcome to stick around and watch my feeble attempts at Ruby programming.... or just completely ignore this thread.
