I went and got some Thai food from the only good Asian restaurant in town. I thought I'd go full asian and use some really nice Korean chopsticks I got to try out. They are really nice, extremely well made and actually stainless steel. Most are not stainless steel or a really low grade of stainless steel.
Amazon product B0BXK3V3M8I realized several things during this experiment.
My arthritis has really effected my ability to use chop sticks.
I prefer Japanese chop sticks to Chinese and Korean because they are a lot lighter and easier to grip.
I prefer a fork and spoon to chop sticks because I only lasted a few bites before I got tired and switched to a spoon and fork.
But I got to wondering... would forcing myself to use chop sticks reduce the mount of food I consume just by making it take longer to eat.
