what happend?

I don’t remember how long ago it was, but Everglow we’re having a fan meeting and I think it was new years or something but the Korean members knelt down and touched the floor with their foreheads in traditional Korean style, Yiren used a Chinese hand gesture, the fist and palm salute; to express thanks and New Year greetings because of her culture (She’s Chinese) and Korean fans boycotted her, threw racist slurs and dragged her, and Chinese KPop group members all together

“Go back to China” and “Don’t earn money in Korea.
“All this shows that the Chinese are arrogant and have no respect or consideration for other cultures.
“Stop making Korean money and go back to your country then,”
I think she was sent back to China to “Study” by Yuehua to diffuse the situation, and I think she ended up staying for 2 years if I’m correct

Korean news years custom is to bow to the incoming year although I hear they were just bowing to fans. Chinese custom is to only bow before God (the heavens and earth) and the Emperor (they no longer have one) and their parents...
