Have any of you ever been in a nuclear fallout shelter/bunker? (1 Viewer)

And if so in which countries? How was the experience? Any photos? And finally, what era was said bunker from?
I've been to 2 (one in Russia and one in Germany) and might go to a third relatively soon. They were both cool, but the German one was much smaller (as in area intended to be used in nuclear attack) and the German one we didn't tour, just walked a bit and learned some history relating to the actual subject of the tour. The German one was also way way less steps than the Russian.

The Russian one was cool too. I don't remember the language they spoke but I understood enough of it either way. I have no photos from the 2nd but have a couple from the first

And lastly, both were Cold War Era.

Depending on where you are it can be easier to find one than you'd think, I've seen places from at least 4 countries that have tours/museums in bunkers. But in some countries it is more difficult, especially if you don't live in the right area. But for the most part I think a lot of people just don't realize that it's an option for them.
