Fiddlehead ferns? Ours came from a store but a lot of people forage them. Also yes I know there’s crumbs this was right after I finished cookies and hadn’t cleaned up yet

They supposedly taste like a combination of lots of nasty green veggies but I don’t see it. I find their taste more mild than expected, their texture is nice. I wouldn’t buy them again but that’s because the price is relatively high for them, but if someone who was cooking for me offered them or something like that I wouldn’t refuse.

Blanched, fried in EVOO, seasoned with Pink Salt Flakes and honey or teriyaki sauce.

I mean the blanched part is probably necessary if you don’t like toxic stuff I didn’t fry mine, though I know people sometimes do that. For mine I made a quick Asian type dressing with stuff like white pepper, soy sauce, black vinegar, and a couple other things.
