It's weird because I actually really like Italian food for the most part. Especially risotto. I dunno, maybe I just need to try some Italian grandparent's lasagna someday, that might change my mind, haha.

If you are eating it made with cottage cheese that might be your problem. It's supposed to be made with ricotta cheese. HUGE difference.
