Will Lay also participate?

At this stage there has been no news as to what Lay's involvement is or is not. Anything is possible. DFTF was announced in early May but it wasn't until after teasers started in late May that we found out Lay was also participating.

Will everyone participate?

From the news story, all 8 active members are a part of the album but Kai will obviously not be participating in the promos. At this stage there is no news about Lay however Lay's involvement in DFTF was kept secret until after the teasers started so there's always a possibility it will happen like that again.
