I miss Linkin Park... I really, REALLY do...

Linkin Park was (is?) my favorite band starting from when I was like 10! The pure emotion and talent they had was amazing. Chester Bennington was a voice of a century, his talent and voice can't ever be replaced... There aren't any others like he was.

There is nobody who can sing soft like Chester was able to. There isn't anybody else who can scream like Chester did and put all the emotion he did behind it! There certainly isn't anybody who can do both of those 2 things like he was able to.

He had talent and emotion... But well those emotions came at a price that was too high!

Yeah. I listen(ed) to mostly their older stuff aswell, but I also LOVED A thousand suns from 2010!

It was quite obvious that the way he went was the way he was going to go... I think most fans weren't surprised it happened, but everybody was sad. I remember I was in total shock when I heard and thought that it was fake news or something like that!

I also remember watching the concert they had after his death with all the guest performers and god damn I cried a lot...

That one is a classic!

But for some reason I REALLY love this one. It is more Mike's than Chester's song, but it is the ending that gets me (+ the beat and the rythm are awesome!)

I always knew how talented he was, but it never really sunk in as deep as during the concert when they had guest performers to replace Chester and none of them came even close to doing the songs justice.

And it wasn't just his amazing voice and incredible talent that made him so special. It was those god damn enotions that he was able to put behind every word and phrase and sound that came out of his mouth!

Those god damn emotions.

I didn't listen to their music that much growing, but I do remember some of their songs. They were pretty great. I feel so sad about what happened to Chester though. I hope he's found peace now.
