This is a continuation of the thread I posted last week.

I can't believe it took nearly 2 weeks to actually find a solution to the issue. But there is one good thing. The local post office called and told me that they can print out page that had some of the information that was provided. Unfortunately, the bad thing was that there was no sender information. At least there was proof about the address it was supposed to go to.
The company who sends the bus passes were still adamant about what going on. My mom went to the post office early in the morning was able to contact a supervisor from the company to talk with the Post Office supervisor. I wasn't there because I had to get ready for an appointment early in the morning. The company tried to compensate us with transportation to and from our appointments for the month of June. That day, I had transportation to get to the appointment but getting a ride back was horrible. We were waiting for our Lyft driver for more than 1 hour until he arrived. He zoomed off and we tried again. Instead we decided to take the bus home.
This unfortunately lead to my mom needing to go to the hospital because her right side was numb. After hours in the ER, they told my mom had to be stay overnight in observation because they can't do an MRI until the next morning. So I spent the night in the ER, sleeping in an uncomfortable recliner seat they provided. Good News is that she didn't have stroke. She had a bad migraine attack caused by the lack of sleep, stress, and not eating much. This mess that was happening caused the migraine.
We had no good news for the next few days and we sent an email to the supervisor at 1 AM on a Monday. I got good news today through an email that they are sending two replacement bus passes for the Months of June and July (so 4 in all) as a compensation. At least that company said their apologizes (let's just say I said that we would be contacting the local news station if we didn't get a solution
)
So that is the end of the story.

How incompetent the United States' postage system is :ono: In the end, this not acceptable in any form.
