Cassava and bok choy are veggies, cassava is a root vegetable that's used to make tapioca starch (among other things) which leads to tapioca pearls you see in boba. Bok choy is a type of Chinese cabbage, but it's becoming more common to see in western stores too. Green beans, cucumbers, avocados, and all types of peppers are fruits.
