This somehow happens to me quite a bit, I just got the spicy nuggets from mcdonalds with spicy sauce and then had a tough time eating them

And now my Moguri belly is hurting

I wish I could stop doing that, but somehow I always think yeah sure I can eat spicy! But I can't omg

Spicy food makes your already acidic stomach more acidic. It can become an run away event where your stomach realizes something is acidic in your stomach so produces more acid to break it down faster then see's more acid, which it somehow forgot it made and goes O shit, a I need more acid! Intelligent design my ass...

You obviously didn't read what I wrote... You need an acid blocker and something that absorbs acid, not more acid... Sometimes I worry about you...

Anything with calcium, Milk helps a lot if your stomach can agree with it. Other wise it will make it worse. Tums, etc.

Oh my stage 4 acid reflux HATES spicy foods, but I love them. Ask @Horizonshard, and he also loves spicy

You need some Tums for immediate reliefe. And an Acid controller like Famotidine, prilosec, etc.

It’s pretty rare I get something super out of my spice tolerance. Maybe when I make the meat and gochujang thing and don’t get the ratio of rice to gochujang stuff quite right and it’s a bit spicy. But not too much.
Though I feel cheated because I read something when younger about how people with red hair have great spice tolerance but mine is just okay Who even knows if that’s true though.
