What made them so bad?

Dubai drivers had their sketchy moments. Moscow too. From my memory London was at the very least terrible in the traffic sense (Moscow too), but I couldn't tell necessarily tell if the London drivers were bad drivers themselves, I just know that I'd rather not drive there.

no one cared about any traffic law and especially people drove a Vespa were pretty reckless

you can say india maybe has the worst traffic in the world but their drivers quite good enough to avoid those accidents

ironically enough, though, my dad is from Michigan and he's a great driver lol
