Chuu hasn't been in a legal battle with BBC for over a year for no reason so I don't see the other members legal troubles with BBC ending anytime soon unless there is some counter action taken against BBC for these suits but just gotta hope they can't get anywhere with them

Yeah, but I was mainly joking but I don't know how BBC will recover from this bad publicity. I suspect that their parent company will chose to liqiduate BBC in a year or two if they're not able to turn things around and then move the staff to a "new" company with a new name. I think their parent is Polaris which is owned by weapons chaebol so they're not short on cash, but it's still not ideal to be losing money.
