A YouTuber I watch once dreamed that she had triplet girls and gave them flower names (specifically Violet, Daisy, and Lily), and then when she got pregnant with her quints (including triplet girls!), she gave the girls the very same names as in the dream - it was like a dream come true for her. So yeah, it could happen!
