It's some powder that give u more electrolytes than normal water? Is it a power booster too? or what is it used for?

I don't like drinking water generally so it's more motivating to substitute a soda for liquid IV instead. I also think the electrolytes help more than water itself does and it makes me think "I have to chug this so I don't pass out" instead of casually drinking water

If I want something with electrolytes, my go-to is actually Propel water, especially their watermelon flavor!
