It looks like it would be hard even for people who are on the heavier end for the last part too. I suppose they're trying to take up as little space as possible since it's a city but that doesn't excuse making buildings/designs that exclude large amounts of people (it's eh when excluding rarer conditions too but more understandable since it can be hard to cater to absolutely everyone, but in this case it could probably have been easily changed and it would allow many more people to use it. It's not like wheelchairs are this crazy rare thing that few people use).

Yep. Sadly money is usually more important to them over safety, accessibility, ect. They have to cut all the corners when it comes to how much they'll pay for those things because money rules all.

In here we got apartment buildings specifically meant for disabled persons. Its normal apartment building but the apartments are especially designed to be wheelchair accessable. They for my knowledged are not more expensive than other apartments in the area they they are in but they dont rent for anyone who isnt disabled in some way.
