ofc!! that makes total sense !! imo, its like a mixed bag, i agree it is good to have that competitive/challenge because it can encourage students to learn but when it becomes too focused on the competitive side rather than the actual joys of learning side is what im worried about

like when people study to just get good grades rather than study because they actually wanna learn and expand their minds, yknow? so many people just study to get good test grades and then immediately forget it all right after so its like what was the point im not at all smart enough to figure out a proper solution, balance to it but seeing people get so stressed over stuff like this makes me sad n sick. especially because i never tried in school (before college).... like.... at all...................................................i really didnt care... LOL. because it was just TOO MUCH!! too much pressure on tests and works that will not matter in a few years, probably months times depending on the field of work you actually go in.........

yes, I study because I wanna learn and everything and not just to get good grades. learning is honestly so much fun for me, I like discovering things!!
aaa exactly like what's the point, most of my classmates are like that especially with math and they come to me when they need help during tests like did you not study, you had time GOD I HATE IT WHEN MY CLASSMATES GO TO ME WHEN THEY NEED HELP LIKE WE WERE GIVE THE SAME EXACT TIME TO STUDY, YOU DIDN'T STUDY AND THAT AIN'T MY FAULT OKAY AND THEY KEEP PERSUADING ME TO HELP THEM (but I don't, don't worry, that would be consider cheating too). I'm considered the math genius in my class heh BUT THAT DOESN'T MEAN I'LL JUST HELP YOU LIKE THAT ?

when I study, I mostly remember details, I like learning about different topics, it's like so interesting!! I do study hard but I try not to stress out myself about it. I'm studying hard so I could also repay my parents' struggles like I'm sure it's hard working hard everyday like they give me all my needs and sometimes even my wants when we have some extra money I'm sure my hospitals bills were a lot too cause I'm a premature baby and everything. like I wanna study hard so I could get into a good college and then make my family proud and when I have my own money, I'll also spoil them with their wants but of course I'm not just doing this for them, I'm also doing it for myself. I'll also do the subjects (?) I want to do in college and I'm happy that I got parents that'll support me whatever field I go into and isn't pressuring me I'm gonna have to study hard and work on my time management skills, I wanna do Computer Science
