Lots of places. The central and eastern parts of Russia would be cool. Some states as well. Iceland, Brazil, Chile, Morocco, South Africa, South Korea maybe, Thailand, Australia, Indonesia, New Zealand, Vietnam, some central Asian countries, Georgia (the country), and various other European countries I haven’t been to (and some I have been to for another visit). Maybe some other middle eastern countries too but it would be dependent on the country ofc

Yeah some places are pricey. Easiest to go somewhere without too high costs and also with relatives that you can leech off of for housing

angkor vat, the biggest monument in cambodia, even being shown on the flag, was the biggest city in the world and the capital of the khmer empire 1000 year ago. It's one of the biggest monument/museum/temple/whatever you wanna call it but it's a most. Not everything is explorable tho, until recently there were even landmines remaining from the war

I was 11-15 when my family lived there and tbh I didn’t leave the house much because of some personal things. But, it is a very nice place to live, lots to explore and do, most people are very friendly and welcoming. It’s definitely beneficial though for those traveling to learn the basics of what you need to know while you’re there though. Like how to communicate where you need to go, basic questions when out and about or else you’ll be forever lost or stuck in your hotel/airbnb because you don’t know how to get around.
I would love to go back so I can properly immerse myself in the culture and whatnot
