It’s now 5:43 PM. I started at 2:20 PM (technically 1:10 PM, but that was just setting broth and spice to boil). I only left the kitchen for a short time. Admittedly I was on my phone for some of that time while waiting for things to boil or bake but a decent amount was me doing hands on stuff. Maybe I didn’t need to worry about it tasting too good, my laziness is deterrent enough from making it too often
