That actually is interesting. I'm certain it's because its rounded to the nearest hour. Who ever has the most time on top of each chart wins that chart for an hour. Win all charts by number of minutes on top. Thats just my logic.

no that does not add up, for a PAK you need to win the weekly charts too, so that means they got the weekly charts won and then after one hour dropped out of any of the hourly charts? I mean sure that can happen, but so many times? I think if they did not have the specific data, they just wrote 1 hour

No idea then. Probably some backdoor deals between charts and companies... I mean, even if you only get it for one hour... you still got it.
