I hate having to go through the menstrual cycle, im in so much pain and feel so weak. I have taken pain killers but i still feel terrible. Im worried about later since im gonna be with my friend for her birthday so idk how thats gonna go.

No but the closest i have is my hand, it easily warms up my stomach and helps a bit but im feeling a little better. Ty for the recommendation !! <33

If normal painkillers don't work, get midol, if you have t in your area.

Midol may help, it's a pain reliever, but for those things. BUT I hope you feel better love. STAY AWAY FROM COLD DRINKS, it does not help thecramps.

Drink warm drinks and drinks without ice. OKay?

Anything ginger, ginger tea, crystallized ginger, ginger hard candy's, ginger juice! It all works for me!
