I woke up at like 3:30 this morning from a particularly disturbing nightmare (if you're a Niall Horan fan like I am, just take my word for it - it was BAD), and my head was throbbing and my ears ringing. I mean, obviously nightmares can happen to anyone, but the feeling of your head throbbing and ears ringing? Has this ever happened to y'all?

Nightmares can be trigger by being sick. If I go to bed with a migrane O often have nightmares. If I get a tooth ache I often have nightmares about my teeth falling out. It's fun!

It happens to me sometimes. Not because of a nightmare, but because of a 'non-ergonomic' sleep position.

i never have nightmares tbh so i cant relate to u on this one girl

I try to ignore it for the most part.
Otherwise my sleep is rattled

I have daymares and nightmares.
