hm... generally speaking one, depending on your definition of the topic.
I see kpop as a genre, so being a 'kpop' fan also means to come outside of your fandom bubble and listen to other artists too.
u cant really call yourself a metal fan if u only like one band (and nothing else), right? in that case u are that bands fan, but not generally a fan of the genre. there is a difference.

As a fan of a genre you should like the general music style and not only specific bands. If I would stan Dreamcatcher just because of the Rock vibes I would be a more open-minded Rock fan, but I wouldn't call myself a K-Pop fan.

Another example: listening to a Symphonic Metal band like Rhapsody (Of Fire) does not automatically mean that you are a fan of classical music and film scores too.
