Motivation is subjective, what do you do to help you motivate, like when I draw it helps for me to listen to music so I don’t get sidetracked or bored

ormaybe I’m feeling mentally down, so I turn on YouTube to watch my fave YouTuber’s cause not does it only motivate me towards my goal to be one but it helps me motivate me to help me get through my day
