I’m still confused. Isn’t the face shape the important part? It’s a big part what make those features different between people no? Aside colors and freckles but that’s not as big. What features are you thinking of that aren’t face shape related other than those two?

like eye colours, nose, lips shape, symmetry, or possible scars/birthmarks - i mean would it make any sense if anyone with the same face shape, outline could unlock your phone?

That’s my bad, I meant face structure not face shape. But while I’m not an expert on face masks I didn’t think they cover eyes or lips, and the rest seems like it would be covered under face structure other than scars or birthmarks, which it would seem a bit odd to require those because in different lighting those can easily be missed. So I feel like if it’s pressed up to your face the face structure would be the same, which seems like that would be not that hard for your phone to recognize.
