I used to say handwriting because it helps me memorize information better. But now I may have to switch my answer. Due to carpal tunnel, my hand will just freeze up in the middle of writing quickly as opposed to typing.​

I have stopped doing some tasks or asking for assistance with them. So the pain isn’t persistent all the time

I don’t see why you need to be fast at typing to be on a forum at all, and I think being an admin doesn’t require significantly more typing than an active user for example, unless you do the coding side maybe
