Hi everyone, I hope your day/afternoon/night is going great! 💕
Which K-pop group do you find hard to pick a bias from? For me, I pick Itzy because all of the members personalities are so unique, and they all are so talented. I still love all of the members in groups where I do have a bias but it's just a little bit different if that makes sense.

surprisingly none...
in any group there's often the member that catches my eye but then my fav within that group is usually determined by their personality (or at least what we see of their personality on camera) and thus once that's determined it rarely changes

That also sometimes happens to me where a certain member catches my attention and then they become my bias after I find out some more of their personality. I would like to hope/think that what we see on camera is a K-pop idol's real personality, but I understand that that's not always the case. I just don't necessarily think any of them act rude or anything off-camera (that's what I hope.)

*cough irene cough* lol

I'm pretty sure that for a lof of them it's different for example dahyun from twice is my fav within twice but apparently she is much much more reserved off camera and I think it's because on camera as an idol you have to constantly look good, perform good, give it 110% there's rarely a moment to just chill otherwise it's not entertaining enough

I try to think of Irene as a good person, but everyone has their scandals. I don't get that much into K-pop news or scandals because it can be a bit too much at times. Agreed, I feel really bad in a way that I support a music industry where they treat their idols like this but not many other music industries are better. I just hope that one day, the K-pop industry will change and FINALLY STOP DEBUTING UNDERAGE IDOLS. I have a feeling they won't though since people are enjoying them doing so and they want to keep them in the company for as long as possible.

really? I actually disagree with you there my friend
for me it's their choice and especially for female idols the younger one debuts the more opportunity one has to do something with it and make it big

Ah, that has also happened to me. Have you been able to pick a bias now? Out of curiosity, since you are also a NCTzen, did you struggle picking a bias?

Thank you! 😀I love yours as well!

I do understand your point of view, but I just feel like it's not good for them to be exposed to all of the stress and things that come with being a K-pop idol. It is their choice but even though they may want fame, they may realize later that they may not be able to handle it anymore. Not to mention the long and tiring contracts especially the ones that SM does. It definitely does give them more opportunities and they can become very successful!

It was super hard for me to pick a bias since they are all amazing! I do have a bias line for a few groups when I can't pick a bias such as Treasure and Blackpink.

I agree with all those things you've said my friend and I'd be the last person to allow my children or anybody else close to me to be a kpop idol but again that's my choice...
if someone else has the passion and truly wants to do it I'd obviously caution them but the risk is theirs
I do not impose my own judgment and views upon other people merely because I deem something a "bad decision"
