Yesterday I drove my brother to his dentist appointment. My mom has specified more than once that it was at 2:30. We arrive there and they’re like “sorry, you’re too late, the appointment was at 2:15”. This is actually the second time my mom mixed up this appointment, the first time she just forgot completely. Today my mom didn’t realize the time to pick him up was different. So he rode the bus the entire route, back to the school, where they had to call my mom to pick him up. Amazing work she’s doing

Wow, my parents left my older sister in another state once. Luckily she was at my cousins. It happens, kids are super forgettable.

once my mom went to the wrong building to pick me up and i had to sit there for an hour. my dad did the exact same thing too at a different time and location too

Well we were more than 15 minutes late anyways, more like 18. But they did try, they went to check with the dentist about if there was still time to do it and offered to have him go after the next patient but if the dentist said no and it would be too late for us to wait for the next.

To be fair after messing up 2 days in a row she did go through and put all my brothers different school dates and stuff into her calendar, plus added alerts. So ig she is trying

They didn’t charge us right there but idk if they’ll add it later as a fee (probably will realistically)
