...I had a nightmare

about spiders

I've never been more scared of a nightmare. My worst nightmare has been a reoccurring one being chased by something (still dont know what it is).

The spiders one tops that. >.>

Your mind tries to handle your fear of spiders during sleep. I don't know where you live, but there are zoos that offer 'friendly spider programs'. You can go there and play with bird spiders (under professional assistance of course). Nothing will harm you there, maybe you should give it a try.

I had one with spiders when I was younger too actually. Except they were giant, like the ones from Harry Potter. But because I was little I was worried about my slice of cake falling. Even locked myself into a room so I could eat it real quick (but a spider got in anyways)

My bestie has Arachnophobia and it's BAD. Like even in games, I often have to hurry and kill the spiders and dispose of them, so he doesn't have to see them.

naur fr I'm so sorry you're going through this. I have a recurring dream about me being back in high school and forgetting what my class schedule is, so I can relate to that.

I can relate to nightmares, too. When I was a little girl, they were so frequent that I had to be medicated for it. Maybe you should look into medication? Sure helped me!
