Do breaks in music videos bother you? (1 Viewer)

I mean when the music stops playing for an extended period of time, like 10-30 seconds or so and the M/V is turning into a movie for a short time.

Personally it bothers me, as I like to watch my favorite songs with M/V, but when the music interupts every time, its kinda annoying

on youtube sometimes its annoying to get the no break official version and i don't want to switch to youtube music

I was wrong, sorry. In my memory 'Stalker' by 1NB had the pauses from the MV in the song too. Maybe I heard the extracted audio track from the video somewhere instead of the regular song.

Maybe they try to create some sort of tension building in the MV, but they ignore the fact that music videos should set other priorities than movies.

obviously I wouldn't know it had a break for the first time but after a while it can be annoying

depends on the artist ig. if they're my favourite/bias, i don't mind they took long breaks for the sake of the mv story & I'm happy to see them more. well, maybe that bcs i like a music video better with a story in it

If it fits with the story of the MV then I don't mind it. If it is out of nowhere or makes no sense for the MV then I think it's annoying.

yeah I also think its usually for some aritisc reason.. but just like Pirioca said, I also feel like they are setting the wrong priorities
