You mean for there being 2 groups called Bol4? Why would there be two though? It's the same "group", theres just a former member. It's not an actual new group.

That argument would work in most cases however going from a 2 member group to a 1 member group doesn't work since that's just a disbandment and Jiyoung effectively debuted solo just using the same name because of the branding.

Right, but it's easy to differentiate a solo from a group because of the numbers, so while the set name would be the same it wouldn't cause problems.

Would I have to vote again with like Bol4 (Solo) if I wanted Jiyoung as a set too though since I assume just Bol4 would count towards the duo first?

Yes, you can add solo to the vote to specify that it's for the solo
