K-pop tbh lol even after I was introduced to BTS, I was in denial bc (a) we Directioners had beef with K-pop for some reason I forget so I thought "If Directioners think it's bad, then it must be bad" and (b) I had never been into a genre before where they sang in a completely different language (besides stumbling upon a Latin/Spanish-spoken radio station here and there on road trips), but then the beautiful girls of Twice released Summer Nights, and it was like game over for me!
