Not at all During the middle of the day it improves but in the morning after waking up I'm exhausted. Same with naps, I feel exhausted after them too.

I still feel sleepy even after sleep but except Sunday, that's when I get to wake up late yet I still somehow takes a nap during noon

depends, sometimes i can sleep full 8 hours and be dead when i wake up, other time id sleep like 3 hours and feel like a newborn

most often I'm fine unless someone decides to stay awake for 1-2 hours and not sleep thus resulting in me not sleeping
