Same.
I can sleep a healthy amount one night, be feeling rested for an hour then the rest of the day I’m struggling. Then when I go to try to sleep I’m wide awake

Not at all During the middle of the day it improves but in the morning after waking up I'm exhausted. Same with naps, I feel exhausted after them too.
