I'll say this one last thing
@Sakura
1. not having enough good is terrible and you shouldn't have to accept that - you mentioned you had one meal a day for breakfast and that was it for the day - hell prisoners who are in jail for sometimes terrible terrible crimes get 3 meals a day plus snacks (at least down under they do)
2. I also understand it's a terrible situation for your family and that they are doing everything possible within their power but sometimes we all need a helping hand - I also understand that sometimes asking for help is really difficult - we are seen as losers/beggars/trash but like both the panda and nadia have said they've gone through similar situations and those orgnisations are specifically there to help people like your family so don't ever let anybody put you down for just trying to survive
3. in addition to the food issue - try to keep your spirits up - the stress and worry must be a terrible burden on all your family - tell them you love them and appreciate them for all that they do (or even more so if you do it already) having a positive attitude and appreciation acts as the counterbalance to the stresss and worry
4. Whilst I was never in your situation struggling for food I had my own issues (bullying) however take time to reflect on your situation to hopefully make you a better person since my struggles made me more resilient
and I'll leave you with this sorta famous scene from an old (not that old) tv show - Malcolm in the middle
