Which icing is your favorite? I personally like Whipped Cream now these years, I used to like Buttercream but whipped cream goes good with everything! Especially Strawberries ​

Easy and simple, just hard if you're gonna do handmade
I'd say a mixer is useful

If you have an electric mixer it’s easy. Not super fascinating to do but easy nonetheless. We always do homemade whipped cream, we don’t use it enough to warrant leaving it sitting in the fridge and for us the store ones are too sweet, and given how easy it is to make homemade just makes more sense
