I think im having a anxiety attack theres no reason why, i was just looking up ways to relieve my phobia (pendulaphobia) and i couldn't find anything that didn't make me cringe

oh, wow... that's actually pretty scary! I don't have pendulaphobia, but I used to be fananphobic - afraid of ceiling fans. I couldn't walk into a room with a fan in it without freaking out. I hope you get the help you need, bc such a mundane object is nothing to be afraid of.

Especially swings also im pretty sure that was how i knew i had a phobia of swinging things cuz it was always swings i was scared of then when we moved it just all started going down hill

Its weird cuz i once went on a ride with swings and it would swing you in the air but it wasnt nauseating
