Lark has tons of features that make organization much better. Such as having the ability to make tasks so members can clearly see and check off things they need to make/do, having more freedom with subchannels, stuff like that. Discord can’t really do that well. We’ve used both for staff and from a getting stuff done and organized perspective Lark is much easier.

I tried to do some the first few ones are pretty hard if you're not familiar with photoshop

Depends on your skill set, but it’s also not a big requirement that you make cards, though it is a bonus
