Koreans have honorifics like the Japanese just not as strict. The Japanese take the honorifics way to far. I yelled at my boss 3 times today and twice yesterday and we both still have lots of mutual respect. I love the US.

If you have the same issue ever day and then one day that issue causes a 1000lb pile of shit you have to shovel up... OMFG someone's getting screamed at. It happened again today... He got screamed at again today. When you have to work 3x harder than other employee's because your boss isn't managing people you get tired of it. If they don't take the quiet suggestions that something needs to get done about it then you have to say it louder. I am at the point I say things louder. It's a Sith skill.
