Help me, my procrastination is too bad (1 Viewer)

I am 8 chapters behind in my math, I am 800 words behind in my vocab list amd I have no idea about typescript despite apparently having fone 2 projects on it (I half copied the code and half listened, so I dont know anything 😭)

No matter what I do, I CANNOT stop procastinating and I dont know how to fix it 😭

I do the same :( I would suggest finding a good work environment with as little distractions as possible. I would also suggest closing KPS for right now since that can be a big distraction.

Also, if you are listening to music, that can be harmful for some. If you feel like it is distracting you, try switching to lofi or instrumental music instead and if needed, don't listen to any at all. Turn off all phone and email notifications for the time being and if you do have a phone, place it away from you where you can't see it.

i get u for me i do 10 mins of work then take a break for 5 and just keep going til my work is done tbh it helps a lot

I cant keep myself off for long and even if the devices aren't near me, I somehow find a way to waste thr time
