well I'm Chinese so I'm partial to that but outside of that I guess
japanese??? (it's probably my most consumed non chinese cusine)
but I'm more of a seafood type person and don't really care where it's from

Yep my favorite part of traveling is trying all the different cuisines. My favorite are Mexican, Thai, Vietnamese, Korean, Japanese, Italian, Chinese and Greek

Belgian - my parents took me to a Belgian restaurant, I think I had a Belgian burger or something, I forget exactly what

Norwegian - My mom's bestie has Norwegian roots, and every Christmas, she makes these Norwegian treats called krumkake (kroom-KA-kuh). They're little waffles rolled into cone shapes and sometimes stuffed with whipped cream, although Mrs. S (Mom's bestie) makes them plain. I'll post a pic here so you can see.
