With Seventeen it’s also kind of frustrating because the members will say 13 members + 3 units + one team = Seventeen. Everyone knows they were supposed to debut with 17 members

Not just - "here are 17 members and we'll call them Seventeen."
I guess they wanted the group to sound interesting to audiences.

He hasn’t been active in about 4 years but he was a soloist under Brave Entertainment for a little bit. He was the youngest out of all the members.
