I hope you get all the help you need. Mental disorders are a bitch to deal with. Age regression is something many people dont understand because it truly isnt up to the person who has them. Alm the strenght to you little one and if things get hard get therapy it really helps.

It's okay to do that. That's who you are.

Just open up to who you trust, and only when you want to. If they don't like it, that's on them. Hopefully people around you are supportive of it.

If you don't want to open up, that's also okay. You don't have to hide who you are, but you get the choice of who to share yourself with.
