Depends on the song. If the main vocalist sings more in the title track than a sub rapper that’s different than if a rapper sings a quarter of the song and raps another half while the main vocal gets a line

i mean, if each member's role/talents in the group gets enough time to shine, i think it's okay. i don't really look into line distributions that much, but one i do know of that people say is really unfair towards one member is God's Menu. I don't entirely agree with that statement as I believe that even though Lee Know barely got any lines for the vocal part, he seemed to have a chance to shine more with the choreography :)

Depends on the song and group: some members don’t want more lines and sometimes songs have structures where some members fit better sections than others. But if getting less lines is a manipulative strategy used by a company, thats bad

It really depends on the song. Like when Everglow has Mia singing the majority of a song, it makes sense because she rocks it. Even though I can agree that the other members need more lines. People say that it's mistreatment when a lot of times, it's a tactic based on who suits what lines better. Nayeon starts the songs for a reason, Jennie starts songs for a reason, etc.
